Unlike most organisations in the aquatics sector, PRG solely focuses on the operation of recreational facilites.

This means our primary principle becomes swimmer safety.

That primary principle isn't detracted from in order to facilitate other aspects that more relate to the operation of standard public pools.

As a result we are able to highly specialise in above industry standard lifeguard training. We aim to be a smooth and efficient team by continuously developing our aquatic rescue and emergency response skills.

Our lifeguards undergo countless, continuous scenario based assessments, to ensure that they are confident and capable in an emergency response situation.

Cleanliness and Community are our secondary principles. We strive to ensure that our facilities are operated to the highest standards of cleanliness, with a strong locally focused approach to our service provision, based on the needs and desires of the local community.

Our team is our greatest asset and we believe in investing in their knowledge and skills, to ensure we are providing our patrons with the best possible standards of safety and care.
