Damien Pittard
Damien’s passion for swimming and lifesaving has been life-long.
From a very young age he was a competitive swimmer and a member of Surf Life Saving ‘Nippers’ program. He then went on to volunteer for Surf Life Saving.
After completing high school Damien completed his Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and commenced work as a mechanic.
Damien is a qualified Pool Plant Operator. Combining his industry specific knowledge with his mechanical prowess makes him a very capable operator in this respect.
As a PRG director Damien is passionate about ensuring that any facility our organisation operates is hygienic, clean, safe and presented to an impeccable standard.
Damien currently leads a very professional and capable maintenance team at the Airlie Beach Lagoon.
